Troubleshoot and Repair:

When you call on Robotic Innovations you will be getting a Technician with a minimum of 10 years experience.  We can usually troubleshoot and repair any issues very quickly with minimal downtime.   Most repairs are done on an hourly basis but major repairs can also be quoted as a fixed price.

Preventative Maintenance:

Regular preventative maintenance (PM) is your first line of defence against costly breakdowns.  A yearly PM can extend a robots’ life by 3 or 4 times.  It will also increase your robots reliability and repeatability in the long run.  Our PM comes complete with a full inspection of all aspects in order to identify problems early and address them before they become an issue that could cause a breakdown.  We offer our PM services at the lowest price in the industry yet we offer the most comprehensive PM service possible.  Robotic Innovations works around your production and can accomplish the PM service on the night shift or weekend (we do NOT charge a premium for PM accomplished on off shifts)
